Post a substantive initial response of at least 250 words to this discussion assignment.
In addition to posting your initial response, you must (at a minimum) provide two substantive peer responses of at least 125 words (more is better). Let’s ensure a healthy discussion by posting on at least two different days throughout the discussion period (not all on the last two days). The best way to space your postings is to initially post at the start of the discussion period and then again a few days later.

Comparative criminal justice system M3D
Introduction
Foreign countries use different law enforcement systems and policies to govern individuals, property, and criminal activities. Among these methods, some are more effective than others due to various factors, which include the criminal matters that are addressed, such as corruption, human trafficking, and drugs. The civil legal framework is more effective due to its consistency while the socialist legal system is less effective based on its reduced motivation.
The most effective legal enforcement framework.
Civil law incorporated in countries such as China, France, and Germany is the most effective method that should be included in this case. Civil law is a law that is more concerned with private matters such as personal relationships, property, and other corporations other than criminal matters. Criminal matters such as money laundering, drugs, and corruption can easily be controlled by individuals when the country’s welfare is maintained (Dammer & Albanese, 2013) Therefore civil law becomes the most effective framework because the parliament members that the people elect become responsible to the people who elected them; hence there is a democracy unlike other laws such as the common laws, where the judges can fail to make their decisions equally by siding with some communities. According to Schaffer & Ott (2022), civil law is more legally established and accepted than other laws because many countries use it. This legal framework is more effective because it supports consistency of decisions and actions undertaken.
The least effective enforcement system
The socialist enforcement implementation is characterized as a framework where the creation of the nation and property is regular and subsequently constrained by the state and the parliament. It is the least effective policing system as it will reduce motivation and initiatives as the individuals will depend on the government for everything; hence this slows economic development (Zhao, 2022). China, one of the countries that utilize the socialist system, is confronted with many criminal activities, some of which are difficult to control, such as human trafficking. Lack of specialization and division of labor leads to low competition between the countries.
Conclusion
Saudi Arabia’s legal enforcement authorities should use the civil law framework as it is more accessible and can be used to solve matters in local areas. Civil law is adequate if controlled by a centralized form of government rather than a decentralized system, making it easier for individuals to obey the rule of the land.
