This is considered a business case perspective of the quality of care, where more emphasis is put on the improvement of care with the expectations of financial results in the long haul (De La Perrelle et al., 2020). Business care is a form of financial investment in healthcare, here the goals set by the organizations with the aim of improving quality are expected to yield financial benefits. On the other hand, clinical cases entail the improvement of healthcare institutions, systems, physicians and necessary materials that help improve the quality of healthcare. For instance, the addition of nurses and physicians in overcrowded hospitals greatly influences the quality of care rendered. This leads to a lower doctor-patient ratio which is a guaranteed recommendation of quality in healthcare (De La Perrelle et al., 2020).
