Yes, I did eat enough calories. This is since I ate was 1249 calories, yet my end goal was to consume 1200 calories per day.

I believe that I did not meet my expected goals of n the nutrients. This is since, I failed to attain my result goals, by failing to continually balance the nutrients with the healthy range recommendations in the readings.

  • What kind of improvements will you be making to your diet?

From the reports, it is manifest that I will first need to constantly keep up with my caloric intake as a way of maintaining my expected size. I also need to take fewer carbs in the following weeks, since this will greatly help me to maintain the mass and weight I expect. I should also have more intake of proteins to meet the healthy ranges recommended and be in line with my overall health goals and objectives.  I will also need to take lesser fats since they are harmful to my overall beings, and should only be taken in minimum numbers. Finally, my intake of water and fruits is not up to the required level, a factor that I will work harder to attain, as a  way of balancing my diet uptake.
