Analysis Cycle

Healthcare setups normally have various implementation processes considered essential in discharging services to patients. The system design life cycle, also called the system life cycle, has various phases that determine the system’s final success. The process engage planning, designing, creating, testing, and deploying with constant protection to build and manage applications, timeframe, and cost estimations. The planning and analysis stage is the most important process (Kim et al., 2015). Hospital needs are gathered and evaluated by a healthcare analyst, domain specialist, and project manager. The healthcare analyst is responsible for interacting with other stakeholders to create the requirement document. These three individuals also use cases and share the data retrieved with the project group. Requirement analysis is aimed at providing quality reassurance and technical practicability. It is also meant to outline some of the potential risks which should be addressed for the software to be completed effectively.

Designing the product is the second phase of the analysis cycle, where the lead developers and technicians come up with the original high-level plan for the system and software. This engages the delivery of necessities used to form the design document specifications, with database table’s essential as part of the system requirements. The third stage involves the actual coding and development of the system. The database administrator designs and imports the needed information (Sodhro, Pirbhulal & Sangaiah, 2018). After all, these have been formed; testing will follow as the fourth phase. Testers will compare the healthcare system software against the requirements to ensure it meets its intended duties. Functional testing involves acceptance testing, integration testing, and system testing. In summary, the first stage is the most essential in the analysis cycle.
