Hello Roshten, indeed, the pandemic exposed our health systems and the level of unpreparedness in them. Your plan is a brilliant one in terms of preventing the further spread of the pandemic. Your plan could help people in the workplace to stay healthy. One other way of ensuring that the pandemic dies not spread further is ensuring that one takes all the precautions. This in organizations could involve vaccinating employees and practising social distancing for those who go to work physically. Working remotely also worked for most organizations as it prevented as much physical contact as possible. Organizations that do not need people to go to work physically can cut costs by allowing their employees to work remotely. It also prevents the further soared of the pandemic. Despite the vaccination reacting differently with different people, I think everyone should take it as it is important to take all the precautions necessary.
