This week we examined the cardiovascular and respiratory systems and how they respond to an acute bout of exercise. To summarize this information of how each changes from rest to low-, moderate- and high-intensity exercise. In addition, included normal values with their units of measurement for a healthy, normal weight 40-year old man or woman. Summarize the information in the chart and describe how it relates to exercise. Finally, please include citations for the information you share.

ANSWER
Summary of Cardiovascular and Respiratory During Exercise
For a normal weight 40-year old woman, when the exercise is between rest and low intensity, then the exercise the heart rate increases at 60 bpm at rest and 90 bpm when the exercise is low. For a low to moderate exercise, the heart rate increases at 80 bpm at low and moves to 120 bpm at moderate levels. Finally when there is Moderate- to High-Intensity Exercise, the heart rate increases at 120 bpm at moderate and at 170 bpm at high levels (Michael, Graham, & Davis, 2017). For stroke volume, when there is Rest to Low-Intensity Exercise it increases at rest to 70 ml, and at low to 100 ml. For Low-to Moderate-Intensity Exercise. It Increases when Low to 100 mL and when Moderate to 120 ml.
Cardiac output is also affected when in the event of an exercise where for low-intensity exercises it increases, but increases more for moderate-intensity exercises and goes high f0or high-intensity exercises (Haraldsdottir, et al., 2020). For low-intensity exercises the systolic Bp is also affected since it increases by around 120 mmHg, then for moderate increases to 149 and gets to 190 mmHg in high intensity.
For diastolic Bp, there was no change in the event of low, moderate, and high intensity (Sabbahi, Arena, Kaminsky, Myers, & Phillips, 2018). In the minute ventilation, there was an increase to 6 L/min, increased by 15l/min for moderate, and in high intensity, increased from 50 L/min-High- 100 L/min. For Frequency of Breathing, there is an increase between rest and low exercise from 12 to 15, it then increases to 25 in moderate breathing, and intensity exercise increases to 40. Finally, for low-intensity exercise, tidal volume increases from 0.5 to 1, then increases to 1.5 at moderae4 exercise, and finally, gets to 2 at high-intensity exercising.
