I agree that scenario analysis for multihospital systems has more advantages than disadvantages.

Through financial analysis, an organization can get a clear picture of its financial situation and the available resources. This information is very important in capital budgeting, as an organization cannot effectively plan or make budgets without first knowing the available resources. Through financial analysis, an organization can make future projections of the financial performance, information that is crucial for capital budgeting (Peavler, 2018). As you have explained, capital budgeting is important for organizations to achieve accountability and measurability. Investors and business people need to understand and measure the levels of risks involved. Capital budgeting enables businesspeople to measure risk and effective plan for future projects. Financial analysis provides the information necessary for capital budgeting. It is important to utilize financial analysis when conducting capital budgeting.
