The presence of current medical systems that prolong life has diminished the presence of nursing professionals. Also, due to the lack of modern resources to train new nursing professionals, this field has primarily been affected. The nursing domain has witnessed a limited number of these professionals due to a lack of quality exposure. Other major events include a rising aging workforce that denies the nursing sector abled workers and most nurses leaving the nursing field. One viable way of addressing the nursing shortage is by investing in long-term training and professional development. As Price and Reichert (2017) reveal, nursing education helps accelerate satisfaction and improved patient care. Nurses develop an optimal interest in their duties and remain committed to boosting patient outcomes.

Healthcare providers are interested in supporting the global population to prevent diseases through education and awareness. This helps in reducing infections across various communities. The care and payment of medical treatments are a significant concern. According to Salmond and Echevarria (2017), the critical focus is reduced spending and improved quality of care. Ensuring that patients receive education on disease prevention helps achieve these milestones. Healthcare reforms should focus on continued training for all care providers, patients, and the community. Notably, increased allocation of resources can assist in expanding healthcare training.
