Summary of strengths:

My strengths mainly revolve around interpreting different procedures data, biopsies, examination (clinical breast), and conducting different external care (specifically wound care). There is a fair balance between the procedures I can perform with and without supervision. There is work to be done to perfect diagnostics, interpretation of radiology reports, advanced procedures, among others.

Opportunities for growth:

As mentioned, I can perfect different diagnostics and carrying out different advanced procedures. I can also put more effort into the removal of foreign bodies from various body parts like the eye, nose, and fungi from the skin, among others.

· Advance all procedures at the ‘beginning level’ to ‘mostly confident’ as a way of boosting my confidence further. · Further my skills in the interpretation of different lab reports and procedures. · Prioritize of the ‘mostly confident’ skills to minimize errors since I will not be under supervision. · Finally, to improve in all practicum areas and achieve the overall objectives of learning all the skills.
