Introduction
Cardiovascular complications are the number killer of women with ages above 25 in the United States, despite ethnicity or race. Diverse research studies outline that the death rate from cardiovascular diseases has reduced among men; however, it increases in women (Rosa et al., 2019). This can be attributed to the difference in heart disease symptoms between men and women, making it difficult for women to know what to look for. Because women do not acknowledge symptoms such as heart attack, they seek medical attention when the damage has occurred. The paper, therefore, will cover a study plan and summary of the practice exam results (52/100) together with the opportunities and strengths for improvement.

One cognitive approach is to avoid perfectionism by getting comfortable with uncertainty. The reason why people do not achieve their goals is because the inner critics get in the way.
