Thank you for receiving my order, I appreciate your effort. The project should include each heading from the Grading Rubric such as, Introduction (Title-Project Part 1), Roles of a Nurse, Scope of Practice, Nurse Practice Act, and Conclusion. Each Heading should include information on the specific points that are mentioned in the Grading Rubric. There is no number of pages required just that the information from the points needs to be touched. Thank you again.

Roles of a Registered Nurse
The typical day of a registered nurse varies depending on several factors, including their location of work geographically and in terms of the facility. It also depends on the size of the staff, the nursing team, and the State (Gillespie, 2020). Registered nurses who work in a physician’s office may sometimes take on some administrative duties while the Registered nurses in the hospital do not do any administrative work.
There are duties that are typically the responsibility of a registered nurse despite the broad scope of practice. A registered nurse is expected to assess, observe and speak to the patients. They are also expected to record the patient’s details, symptoms, and medical history (Gillespie, 2020). They are required to prepare the patient for treatment and examination and administer medications and treatments. Registered nurses also operate and monitor the hospital equipment; they draw blood, urine samples, and other body fluids for lab work; they are tasked with educating the families on treatment care plans and also answering any questions the family or the patient might have.
Scope of Practice for RNs in Florida
According to the Florida nursing law manual, a registered nurse is any person licensed in Florida to practice professional nursing. According to the manual, a registered nurse in Florida is tasked with;
Comparing Scope of Practice between LPN and RN
According to the manual, a licensed practical nurse is any person who is licensed to practice practical nursing in Florida. The LPN is required to administer treatments and medications, care for the ill and injured, and is required to promote wellness and maintenance of health and the prevention of illness (Florida Law nursing manual). All three are supposed to be done under the supervision of a registered nurse, licensed physician, licensed dentist, or Licensed pediatric physician. The difference between the scope of practice is that the RN has more responsibilities and is required to teach and supervise the LPN.
Conclusion
A registered nurse creates interventions for the patients and evaluates their care. I plan to focus on evidence-based research to try and help my patients. Evidence-based research requires a nurse to study widely on new methods of patient treatment, especially with chronically ill patients. I plan to spend time reading about these treatments and educating my patients on them, and then discussing with the physicians how we can use these methods to help the patient. RNs are also tasked with promoting wellness and the prevention of illness. Preventive medicine is one of the new methods of ensuring that patients get quality care. I plan to start a wellness program where we visit people from low-income neighborhoods and provide them with preventive facilities such as balanced diets. I also plan to educate them on different types of illnesses and how to avoid them. My preventive programs will involve testing and providing care. It will also involve reproductive health, giving contraceptives to women, and providing condoms to prevent sexually transmitted infections.
