Good communication skills: Communication skills are essential for offering intervention and delivering care. My Communication skills have been built on active connection, active listening, confirmation. Through this, I have been able to understand the patients and offer effective ideas. I am confident while communicating with the patients while trying to build rapport. Learning New Things: I pay attention to learning new things and trying to practice and applying them in the most appropriate way. I view the working environment as a good place to learn new things. Learning new things has played a role in improving skills as well as professional development. Professionalism: While conducting assessments I have tried as much to focus more on acting and speaking professional to the patients. I have tried as much to focus on learning as well as understanding the patient’s health issue to maintain the safety standards of the patient.

Opportunities for growth:
| Differential Diagnoses- While conducting assessment I have missed some differential diagnoses. This has been challenging for me to examine the subjective and objective data, focused examination as well as the comprehensive patient history. Understanding the recognition pattern has been a great challenge. I will focus on improving my skills for differential diagnoses to effectively follow the signs and patterns of symptoms and recognition.
Experience and Growth: While undertaking the assessments I have had room for getting more experience with the patient with different physical conditions and from different backgrounds. I have been able to grow with regards to skills and ability to handle patients. Attention to Detail: The assessment has enabled me to understand the need to develop and perfect my attention to detail thus lowering the number of medical mistakes. One way that I can improve my attention to detail is through actively listening to patients.
