Cost of Quality and Activity-Based Costing

Management and control management involves all the activities in a business and how they are operated (Gunasekaran & Subramanian 2019). Every change in the management of a business is effective to the operations of a business (Gunasekaran & Subramanian 2019). Some biblical instances show the relationship between the cost of quality and activity-based costing. This paper will discuss the effects of certain operations in a business.

One of the biblical instances that show the relationship between the cost of quality and activity-based costing is that you should love your neighbors as you love yourself (Maguad 2017). The bible instructs us to treat others as we would like to be treated (Maguad 2017). This should be applied in all businesses; a business should always offer the best services to the customers (Maguad 2017).

The single period time of analysis values a business’s income and stock by looking at each cash flow one at a time (Lin et.al 2019). Many firms dislike this strategy since it is unrelated to each cash flow and adds to the complexity of financial computations. Because it considers all of a company’s cash flows, many companies prefer a multi-period approach (Lin et.al 2019). This establishes a positive relationship between all of a company’s activities.

The analysis also affects the operations of a business. The method of analysis has a positive or a negative impact on a company’s strategic resource allocation (Lin et.al 2019). The single period time of analysis gives resources to each business activity separately, which may result in some business activities being under-resourced (Lin et.al 2019). Because it allocates resources evenly and dependently, the multi-period viewpoint is effective in allocating resources (Lin et.al 2019). This ensures that all corporate operations run smoothly.

In conclusion, all changes in an organization are significant to the operations in a business and the final output in a business.
