I cannot entirely agree that organizational culture might not seem as important as the strategy. This is because the culture lays the foundation for the strategies adopted in the business setting. It determines the actions that leaders undertake when faced with different situations. Thus, leaders need to ensure that they create a quality organizational culture because it will guide and dictate the type of strategies. Culture dictates beliefs and values shared in the workplace (Kinicki, 2021). This portrays the need to focus on the culture first because it informs corporate strategies. Regarding the recruitment tactics adopted by the various identified businesses, the best way of handling the process is to assess the targeted persons’ needs, interests, and expectations. For instance, Google should understand its targeted workforce domain and incorporate recruitment approaches towards their interests and expectations. The same applies to the Dress4Success business focusing on selling luxury clothing. Overall, the primary aim is to ensure that the selected recruitment methods are custom-made to suit potential workers and fulfill target market needs.
