As far as paragraph third I enjoy doing lunges and taking walks. I do not do any weight lift aside from what is needed in class . I have a back injury which prevents me from performing many tasks. Fourth paragraph my father and mother have had cancer, my dad has high blood pressure, my mom has elevated blood sugar , cholesterol. As far as grandparents . On my mothers side my grandma had kidney failure she has passed away. My grandfather on my dad side had cancer and my grandmother on my dad side had heart problems.

Physical Fitness

Being physically fit simply means that your body can perform normal activities like walking and running, your health is well- being and you have no disorders. Physical fitness can be achieved through many ways like having vigorous exercises and visiting the doctor regularly (Flanagan et.al 1148). Some vigorous exercises may cause pain to your body and therefore you need to come up with formal ways of relieving this pain. Besides relieving the pain you also need to make up your own time for rest (Lopez et.al 1148). Rest will ensure that blood in your body circulates well without so much pressure. Inheritable diseases may also affect physical fitness negatively. This per will discuss physical fitness.

One also needs to improve on his or her diet. Diet is also a key factor in the determination of one’s physical fitness (Lopez et.al 1148). One should ensure that nutrition is considered before all the other factors that lead to physical fitness. Taking a balanced diet prevents the body from suffering from deficiency diseases. Nutrition also builds the body and gives the body enough energy to perform physical activities (Lopez et.al 1148). It also enhances the immunity of the body to make the body fight against diseases. A body without diseases will be physically fit hence one can do any physical activities that involve body movements comfortably. Nutrition and exercises are the key determinants of one’s physical fitness (López et.al 1148).

I usually enjoy doing lunges like push-ups and press-ups. I do this to strengthen my leg muscles (Flanagan et.al 1148). Lunges always help to strengthen the muscles in the legs as well as in the hands. I do this by making forward and backward thrusts with my legs. This helps to keep the body fit while performing other physical activities. I also take walks when I get tired of doing lunges. Taking walks reduces the risks of heart disease as well as stroke. It also helps to reduce the weight of a person who might be obese (Flanagan et.al 1148). Even though I try my best to perform these exercises I have a problem that hinders me from performing excellently. I have a back injury that prevents me from doing many physical tasks.

My family also has a lineage of health disorders that affect their physical fitness. My father and mother both had cancer, and my father suffers from high blood pressure, while my mother suffers from high blood sugar and cholesterol. In terms of grandparents, my grandmother, on my mother’s side, died of kidney failure. My father’s grandfather had cancer, and my father’s grandmother had heart difficulties. This has been a great problem across the whole of my family and has affected everyone’s physical fitness. These disorders have been a great problem to an extent of even causing death to some of my family members (Flanagan et.al 1148). The back injuries I have maybe inherited from my parents because they also had the same illness.

In conclusion, physical fitness helps the body to perform all activities efficiently. Nutrition and exercises are the key determinants of one’s physical fitness (Flanagan et.al 1148). Health disorders hurt physical fitness. One should always put the best foot forward in maintaining physical fitness.
