• A) Database is used to collect related data and organize them for convenient retrieval for example Microsoft SQL which is used to support a wide variety of transaction processing while a search engine is a computer software system built to operate on a world wide web searches for instance http or https which is widely used in a worldwide searches.

B) Database is used to collect related data and organize them for convenient retrieval for example Microsoft SQL which is used to support a wide variety of transaction processing while spreadsheet is a computer application which is used for calculation and management of data for example a Microsoft excel which store organize and track data set with functions.

C) Relational database is a collection of items with predefined relationship between them and they are organized as a set of tables used to hold information about the object to be presented in a database for example a typical business order entry  that describe a customer with a columns for name address and phone numbers while is a database that do not use column  it rather use  a storage model that is set for specific requirement of that data being stored for example a Couchbase which is used to provide a store of users online application.
3. D) MySQL is a system that is made of rows and columns to store data and allow easy management of databases.

E) Ways of keeping database secure is installing antivirus to prevent virus from attacking the data, authentication of users for instance providing user name and password to prevent unauthorized person from accessing the data, practicing regular back up of database to avoid losing data incase of windows cracking or computer malfunction and finally by storing data on a separate servers as same server may expose data causing insecurity.
5. F) Retail store track data by taking some data for instance id number and store using non Relational data base and providing user name and password.
