Parking was clean, restaurant is in a outdoor shopping mall, great location. Pre-dining experience was great. No improvement.
We were greeted warmly. 4 people in my party were running late, but our table was available for immediate seating.
Server at first, was warm and welcoming. Had great knowledge of the items on the menu and answered all of our party’s questions.
The dining experience, on the other hand, was not good. We waited quite some time for our drinks.
The appetizers did come out in a timely fashion. I ordered the meatballs with crostini and they were cooked to perfection. The crispy brussel sprouts were a bit over cooked, but the aioli had great flavor.
For my entrée, I had my heart set on trying the short rib risotto, but the server informed me that they were sold out. They were also sold out of the pork belly tostadas as an appetizers which I’ve never experienced before at a restaurant. I ordered the roasted chicken risotto in lieu of the short rib. The food took a while to get to our table. I did not enjoy the dish at all. In fact, I sent the risotto back. The risotto was dry and had way too many unnecessary ingredients. The server did apologize and asked if I wanted to try something else, but due to the server taking so long with my previous or, I did not want to wait even longer for a second dish, so I declined.
The waiter did not check on our table. The table was not cleared appropriately, the bill was brought back in a timely fashion.

When we made a call to make inquiries about the reservations, the customer service on the phone was more welcoming than what we got on the ground. On the phone, they were more courteous, and they responded to every question that we had to inquire about. They assured us of our reservation upon payment. Generally, when inquiring, I felt more appeased, which made me make the move of booking the reservations.

The server, at first, was warm and welcoming. Had excellent knowledge of the items on the menu and answered all of our party’s questions. Generally, the welcoming was more appealing. After getting to the restaurant, the waiters were readily available to help us through the procedures and also offer us direction, beings that it was our first time in the hotel. Furthermore, they also explained some of the advantages that we can have while using eths services of the hotel, such as the swimming pool and free WIFI. They asked us for our devices, and they input the WIFI passwords on the WIFI. They further explained that that is to ensure that people do not take advantage of internet services. They also said that this was done to ensure that the maintenance being done is adequate for the smooth connection of the internet.
They then proceeded to offer us the menu; with this, the waiters gave us 20 minutes where we were to let them know of the drinks and meals that we had to decide on. However, a challenge on the menu is that food combinations were not priced as one; instead, they had a different price for every food. This made it expensive when the price was charged as one meal. Generally, the restaurant offered high prices as to other restaurants, which made it quite unaffordable.
Generally, the walk-in experience was excellent as they made us feel more in a restaurant that we were familiar with, which compared to it wasn’t a familiar restaurant.

Furthermore, it became a challenge as many of the meals we had ordered were sold out. Some of the plates lacked forks, which made it hard to dine. This left us looking for the waiters to help us have the forks. Unfortunately, they did not check with us after serving to know what extra they had not provided or what else we needed. They, however, made themselves busy serving other tables without minding our satisfactory levels.
Furthermore, when there s an expected delay in the courses, it could have been better if they notified us and gave us a timeline that we should wait for the food. However, they should have the entire course ready for a good running restaurant as they have listed on the menu. In cases where it’s not ready, they should notify the customer, which was not considered by the hotel.
The waiter did not check on our table. The table was not cleared appropriately; the bill was brought back in a timely fashion. However, it was so fascinating that they could bring the bill on time, but the meals and drinks could not be brought on time. However, after making the payment, we expected to see the comment section, but we dint. Also, we expected that the server would also think about our experience, but they did not bother about how we felt about the foods they had offered us. Generally, the hotel servers need to appreciate the customers’ feedback to help them achieve a high level of satisfaction. Finally, for the walk-in, the hotel services were excellent; for the dining services, the hotel needs to improve, especially on time management. The dining services need to improve their cooking skills to meet perfect cooking textures. On the post dining, the services were poorer as we were not thanked for visiting the hotel and using their services.
