Delightful Services Received
It was my parent’s twentieth anniversary, and my family decided to have dinner outside our home premises in Miami Florida in bid to celebrate them. We decided to grab the dishes at The Capital Grille restaurant, Phoenix. I took the lead, and immediately we arrived at the restaurant, someone held my hand, and I thought he was one of my relatives, only to realize that he was the restaurant manager. He kindly guided us to a well-set table at a corner next to the window where there was no interference from other customers.
Barely had we sat when the waiter came with a menu. Unsurprisingly, the cuisine was slightly exotic. I chose my favorite dishes; dry aged NY strip steak, grilled asparagus with lemon Mosto, and creamy mashed potatoes and so did others. It was not long when the food was brought. The meals were incredibly prepared; the entire silverware looked like it was from the palace. Even though this is not typical in my homeland, the manager would come up during the meal, and ask us questions such as, “Do you need something else? “Is everything okay?”
The restaurant looked like a mansion with rich, red-carpeted floors. In the washroom was beautiful ion mode marble and Spanish tiling. Everything was just marvelous.
From the corner where we sat, a cool breeze blew in nicely and natural lit lanterns were all around.
It was all just beautiful, relaxing, and memorable. The waiter was kind and made sure everything was up to everyone’s par and was down to earth. When collecting the bill, the hostess was spectacularly thankful for kindness and patience. I have never seen someone be so appreciative. We had a good time and experience, and the services were beyond my expectations.
