Life can be busy, and sometimes one might forget that they are responsible for giving back to society. My main aim of volunteering in this agency is because I know that volunteering is important for the improvement of the neighborhood. It also can be rewarding on my side as it gives me the opportunity to meet new people and experience life from their perspectives. Volunteering will help me improve myself as I help my community improve. Volunteering also increases social and relationship skills. Through volunteering, I will have a chance to improve my skills as I will meet with different people. I also have to work with other people hence developing my teamwork skills.

The potential opportunity to give back to my community makes me feel happy. I believe that volunteering is also beneficial to the soul, and as much as I will be helping people in my community, I also feel I will be helping myself from being sucked into things such as depression. The happiness that comes from volunteering will help me get on with my life easier, and I believe the quality of my life will improve due to the volunteer work (Petrovic et al., 2018). I am also excited to learn new things from my fellow volunteers and the whole volunteering process. I will take any chance at learning something new, and therefore I am feeling excited as a potential volunteer. I also look forward to making another person happy because, in life, it is important to ensure that we put smiles on the faces of other people, especially strangers, as we do not know what they are going through.
